Since I can't find any specific scenes from I Saw The Devil on youtube i'll just go ahead and say that every scene with fighting in this movie is awesome as hell because there's a ton of emotion behind every one of them. Fantastic watch if you can find it.
I've also linked this before awhile ago but I love this one too. The Man From Nowhere which is one of the best "girl/woman get stolen and guy gets her back" style movies made.
Out of all his movies this is perhaps my favourite because it's nothing fancy, just him and the other guy (who was the first and only non chinese guy in his stunt team) going flat strap on each other with a bit of comedy thrown in.
I'll have to check out this compilation when i have a chance. The bourne one above i always thought was awesome. So fucking close up and brutal as mentioned. That Tony Jaa asian guy has had some awesome scenes, as has jackie chan.
This is one of my faves. 3.47mins of UNCUT footage. 1 continuous shot which is pretty fucking amazing to get it all right in a single shot. Think its Ong Bak.
Then there is this one thats a bit OTT but still, awesome contrast between big and small:
Goddam that scene made me rage when i first saw it, and every time since then. I obviously can only guess how i would react as the dude on the stairs in that scene but i would consider myself worthless if i didnt help a fellow soldier in that situation. I know the horrors of war and all that and it really is a messed up situation but its a choice between helping a friendly or not i would hope that pretty much everybody would step up one way or another.
Now this might be completely wrong but remember a while back a female US solider got captured after her convoy was ambushed? I think she was eventually rescued and heralded a hero. During an interview im near certain she said that when the convoy was ambushed, she was the gunner on the humvee or whatever and instead of doing something she ducked down and cowered while the rest of the convoy got fucked up. I certainly dont think this is a female thing as i would imagine it could happen to guys as well but how can you call somebody a hero when their lack of action contributed towards the death of friendly soldiers. Maybe its a propaganda thing but again i would consider myself a total failure if after all my training i failed to act accordingly.

That's from Tom Yum Goong, it's the one where Tony Jaa is saving elephants from poachers. Ong Bak is the one where he's trying to retrieve the head of the Buddha statue that's stolen from his village.

One of the all time great 'Internet Hero' posts this one.
That Drunken Master 2 fight scene took him like 4 months to film (if I remember right) and that guy with the insane kicks was his personal bodyguard at the time.
Also damn you rev I came in here to post that video. Beaten. Best death scene ever.

sounds bout right. the pain he puts himself through for his art really is something else. when i first saw it i assumed the hot coal scene was some movie trickery but even if the coals arent roasting, the fire still burns. found an outtake of that scene on the youtubes
