Why the hell are the guys in the video teq posted following bad drivers recording them? If a car full of dudes was following me around, I would get paranoid as hell and try to get away and if I was stupid and bad at driving I would probably start doing insane shit like driving on the wrong side which could lead to what happened.

What you don't know or see is the environment around which these events happen. Perhaps shit be crazy and if they don't do what they do it can get out of hand very easily?
Perhaps there are valid reasons why they come at them as they do, from the side without warning. As I said, they could simply be putting them in their place so they don't come back in 30 mins with a mate. You never see the lead up, all you see is pretty much the point of violence. You don't know if they have caused trouble before, you don't know anything other then the video. So how can you judge it?

I don't know what the law is over there but isn't it illegal to flee the scene of an accident? Or is that only if you're the one involved in it? Wouldn't it have been safer to just stay with the guy who got run over instead of chasing the car in case it was stolen and she just nailed it & ran over a bunch of kids?

Yes if you are involved, there are also laws there about not helping people in distress, same as here, but he let out his passenger to help first. I wouldn't have tried to stop her, just followed discretely and phoned in her location.
