Unrelated but read a story the other day how the Burmese pythons have decimated the ecology of the Florida glades, ppl breeding them up big then letting them ou,t plus breeding in the wild, and they eat everything.
I don't get why in the first photo though the head is sticking up really high, and in the photo the person took to prove its fake, its sitting on the ground. Also, if you were going to prove it was fake, wouldn't you take the photo from the same angle as the original one, instead of an angle that makes it look like an entirely different place?
If a snake rears it's head at me, it gets a shovel to the face. Where I use to live (behind Dreamworld) we use to get a lot of green tree snakes and carpet snakes. We left them well alone, as they ate the rats in the roof and other pests. But then we started getting brown snakes from across the road when they started building more houses, so whenever we saw one, we would wait to see it off, or hit it with a shovel.
These snakes breed like crazy, and are very common around my place. So I don't think shovelling one or two a year is going to cause them to go extinct. Get off your Steve Irwin high horse. I'd rather a dead snake then have to get bitten because I "let it go" and fuss around with ambulance and vaccines.
Living in Mt Isa we used to get plenty of snakes .. the deadly ones like King Brown, Adder etc. In all cases they have a squiz at you and keep on moving but it sure made hunting around in the shed a whole lot of fun.

The explanation given is that over time the head has drooped down. The first photo was taken many, months/years ago.
agree with scoobs. that's hippy talk chub.
kill them all. killed 2 today myself. a 3m brown and 1.5m tiger. the bastard's were up trees i was prunning. had my face bout 2 ft away from them before i realized they were there.
brown pants rating 7
if you let them go someone else in the crew could get bitten.
yup, rev wins for figuring out how to do the penis joke without getting banned
The trick is to show just a tiny bit and to let the audience work out the rest. Although, that wasn't a penis which I think is weird. Shame on you. This lady was recent'y rescued from flood waters and is up against a tree. The hand on her head is actually an SES worker plucking her from a raging creek.

Thanks for explaining, because I just didn't get it.

And the SES worker just happens to be naked with his bared stomach showing the lady's mouth is clearly at action height?
Are you trying to tell me that "thing" behind her face looks like skin? That is the funniest thing I've ever seen.
You are delusional just like thermite. You owe me, and everyone else here on Ausgamers an apology. This is just silly and ridiculous. I'm willing to let this go but I can't speak for everyone else. I need time to reflect. I'll be back later.
I still haven't cashed in mine. I'm waiting for just the right time.
In other news, did anyone see the pic off that fuck off big snake that swallowed the alligator? The snake ripped in half though so the alligator kind of won in the end. It was on news sites during the week, but I can't find it now :(

Where were you pruning trees, specifically suburb & street would be handy.

So you climbed up a tree, saw a snake 2ft away, it did nothing... so you killed it?
haha 2 of them thanks. the brown had a crack. i was quicker than it. i chopped it up into tiny little pieces. was so chunky you can carve it. the other just snipped it's head off
