I could be wrong but I think I can see a chain coming from the top bike's chain ring connected to the bottom bike's one.

hehehe I know that guy, he used to live in the ACT.

He once led a whole bunch of bikies down Adelaide Avenue (massive arterial road in the ACT) on his Honda Postie bike.

Yeah, nice spot. That means the white wheel and the little black wheel are just for show then. Probably welded onto the long seat tube.
