Filopino fashion designer Herbert Chavez dresses like the "Man of Steel" as he stands among his huge collection of Superman mannequins, dolls and other paraphernalia at his home in Calamba, south of Manila, Oct. 13. The 35-year-old fan underwent extensive cosmetic surgery in an attempt to transform himself into his comic book hero.
Christopher Reeve from the First Superman films
Dean Cain from 'Lois and Clark'
Tomg Wellings from 'Smallville' series
Brandon Routh from the most recent superman film
Or the cartoon
Did he have a plastic surgery to look like superman in the comic or one of the actor who played superman?
Read about this last night, was thinking of posting it here too, haha. There is an image of him dressed as superman holding a photo of what he used to look like. Amazing transformation. Bit of a win for plastic surgery, actually IMO. Quite impressive alteration.

You forgot the folks from back in the early years of film/television who played Superman
Bud Collyar (radio and animated film), Kirk Alyn (two film serials) and George Reeves (full length film and tv series).
unfortunately nothing he can do will ever change the fact he's a short little prick that isn't even taller than those figures he has there, let alone be close to being as tall as superman would be
Being Superman is a state of mind, not a state of physical appearance! ... well, it helps if you were born under a red sun and thus are invulnerable because of a yellow sun. Surely that's a minor detail though?
