if your moving away from digital what are you moving too?,

i still bring out my cannon AV1, and the edixa redlex d, but i found film too costly long ago

and with the new nikon d5000 able to take a purple purple there is less and less need for film

I only made the move to digital three years ago (with a hand me down from the partner)

i can say two years ago i was using the digital more, and now it is rare i would use the films (unless it was something unique and a landscape), i still get away with one 8gb card for a full day (where others make full use of the "free" photos digital gives)

i just thought it odd now that the turning point seems to be coming (where the colours on digital are a fair match for film)

but nice choice on the cameras

yeah it has a rainbank mission ive never used it so im not entirely sure, check the link in my edited last post..

I got my Canon 1000D last year and have taken around 50 pics of my cat and thats about it. lolz.
I have taken some others but I havent used it much.

How does that effect the battery on the camera ?
Should i charge it every few months or is it ok to just leave it ?
How long will the battery retain the charge ?

face, you should keep them (the batteries) above 50% charge if your not using them much

I have a 50D with battery grip and 17-55mm F/2.8 and want a 7D.
