Group Policy Help Windows server 2008 R2

Hi, I figured this would be a good place to ask. Pretty basic stuff.

I managed to screw my default group policy by editing it. I went to remove C: drive from explorer.
Realise it was the default group policy I was messing with and tried reverting everything back.
Failed pretty hard.
I've made a new OU with a GP I can play with. But how do I go back to "Resetting" everything.

Can I delete GPM feature and start again?
Or is there a Default Group Policy I can copy somewhere?

CBF building another server.

Don't think I backed up unless there's a auto backup feature in 2008 I don't know about?

Any more help?
More tits;

Phwoar! That fixed most of it.
Thank you!

Still can't figure out how to restore visibility of C: drive in Explorer for the Administrator account.

I tried logging onto a backup admin account and C: is visible. :(
Turned off all the policies.
Any ideas?

I've regain access to C: by mapping a drive as
\\server\C$
