Well my fiancée is really keen on having 'What you want' by John Butler trio as her song walking down the isle, but without the lyrics.

Is there an easy way to karaoke-er-ise a song...? Like remove vocal frequencies or something? Or would it have to be more of a cut and stitch job?

Karaoke programs can try with varying degrees of success, but if you can't find one that's already done after some googling and/or digging on youtube, you're fucked.
