If your running OS-X, I made this app quickly to run wave as a separate application, and unread waves will do dock notifications.

people that signed up and got in through that way got 8 invites. So far people who were invited by those people with 8 invites got no invites, so supply of invites is pretty limited.

Hopefully they give invites to the invited soon so that things can pick up a bit.

exo - Thanks for the feedback, yeah its pretty intermittent, just checked the source and looks like they have changed how wave registers unread messages. Will upload a new version tonight.

anyone using ie8 + wave?
two machines ive installed google gears on now, and neither can upload an image successfully using gg;

wave seems to crash a fair bit in ie also

mite have to go back to chrome . . .. ..

Doesn't ie8 wave use the chrome frame plugin? If so then it will be something with the google plugin. Your running chrome within ie8, but its very beta. But its a lot better for the google engineers than having to deal with IE.

ok, everyone that posted an email address at gmail in this thread has been invited. Invites aren't automatic, my last lot took 24 hours to get through

i re-invited spook cause i'm a fuckhead, so that was a wasted invite.
