Nazi connections aside (that is terrifying enough in itself), people have a right to claim damages against a company if they have been affected by a product the company has claimed is safe. There are mountains of evidence for the claimant in this case. I expect they will be compensated and that will open the flood gates.

The German people are not still repaying their debt for WWII. That happened when they were ordered to march through the concentration camps, which led to events such as the mayor of the town of Gotha and his wife hanging themselves after witnessing what had happened on their soil.

This is about a company knowingly doing the wrong thing and it doesn't matter if they are Nazis, Germans or from anywhere else. These people have a right to reparations.

Yeah it's not ideal, the poor fella has never smoked or drank alcohol and has had 2 different types of cancer in the past 5 years and both are very rare strands.The current side effects he is experiencing is loss of feeling in the tips of his fingers and toes

Stories like this motivate me to not quit smoking and drinking >_
