I don't know what it was like at your place this morning but if I was riding and looked at the sky this morning I would've taken wet weather gear.
Just buy some garbage bags and a poncho from a dollar store.

Nah, sky was pretty good this morning at mine. I'll be pulling out the backup garbage bags if it stars pouring.

That kids face looks shooped onto garbage bags...
Also, it's gonna rain. I had my drivers window down last night, and it bloody rained at Taringa. There were no clouds when I went to bed...

Made it home with only a drop or two of rain. Very lucky. Traffic accident southbound just south of north lakes on ramp. Both directions totally fucked. Northbound traffic affected from about Bald Hills as i was going through.

someone has taken the term "earth" to mean dirt, rather than "the whole earth"
that ground stake is supposed to earth out the generator but when they say that, it's supposed to go into the actual earth.
he should have just connected it to the steel platform, it almost looks like it is leaning on it anyway but that was obviously not their intention if they've gone to the trouble of filling a bucket with dirt

speaking of storm.
Just finished TRL at MT Gravatt.
Bit of rain and a lil thunder.
Hilux wont start. Suspected alternator.
Drove from MT gravatt, kessels rd onto ippy motorway doing about 40kph(tacho out)
My headlights were to dim, so I had to use parkers and hazards.
then started to rain and my wipers wouldn't work.
Scarys shit ever.

Way back then, I was in a friends of a friends car driving to that nightclub that used to be near the big gun butcher and he stopped to put fuel in. It was when Shell VPower had just come out so he tried it out. His car was leaded. Drove fine for ten minutes and then lights dim, wipers stopped, car started chugging. He kept driving. Car started backfiring. Kept driving. Car stalled. I walked back home, but I think it cost him about a grand to get it sorted.
Love the sunsets after a storm clears

I'm scared and now feel sorry for anybody who has ever died in a natural disaster.
edit: Argh, how did it come in horizontally into my bedroom? Is this some sort of east-west storm trickery? Soaked, everything's soaked! My everything's melting.
