Stupid fat bitch drove a trolley in to my car then told my super-pregnant gf who said "hey you just hit my car" to "don't have a tantrum, you've got my licence plate so call the police" and drove off.
Toyota what? what is it?

when you talk to them police tell them you want an address to send them a demand notice. Then post that address on this website

don't worry about the police, ring your insurance company they will do all the tracking and sending of notices for you

Does it matter? If you've got the number plate give it to your insurer/police.

not likely, but you're not very likely to get a response from the police either.

yeah they will nf, but you have to pay your excess even if it's not your fault. so they will chase it up
|
go to the cops and to the insurance company, u will need the police report. Then call a lawyer that does "only if we win, you pay" jobs, sue the cow for emotional damage to your heavily pregnant wife. it will scare the crap out of the bitch when she gets the summons notice and may make her think twice next time shes a fking retard. who cares if you win or not, if you do, she pays your legal fees. if you dont nothing lost either. also those lawyers love cases like this, and will do all sorts of things to fuck the cow up.
i hate americanisation too, but in this case im all for sticking it to the bitch
PS its a late 90s, early 2000 model camry. looks the same as our cars back end, which is a 99 camry. different licence obviously ahaha wasnt us.

You let her drive off after a smart ass remark like that? It was a fat women, wtf is she going to do, you should have booted her lights in or something.

Holy crap what a bitch. I had a similar situation where a bitch was tailgating me and ran into me. Gave me contact details but never picked up the phone/fake number.
Had the number plate but the damage was not worth the effort.

natslovR, I wonder what the fat chick's side of the story will be? I'm not sayin that your gf hasn't been honest, but what are you going to do if the other chick denies she did anything or just outright lies? I can't see someone who acted the way your gf says she acted just fessing up to doing it after they get caught...

Sure there is always two sides but I don't see how this plays out with any significant differences than the story. My mrs is sitting in front of car with our baby in back. A trolley hits our car, now maybe mrs photos her car first, whatever, fat bitch still drives off and is rude about it.

yeah I'd say the fat chick is just a down right rude bitch, fucked up, got frustrated about it and behaved the way she did.
Depending on the damage the trolley made, it may not be worth going through insurance as the excess may cost more or near it than the repairs itself, but I wouldn't let it slide and stick it to the bitch as anono mentioned.
I believe the law is that you have to note down each others details.. She just hit your woman and pissed off.. Go to the cops about this too and nail her where you can.

If push came to shove, coles parking lot security cameras may have picked it up? If it was me I probably would have chucked something messy at the back window of her car as she drove off but not really wise if she's pregnant, this woman might have got out of the car and tried to eat your gf and baby.
on a side note: congrats on the new arrival.

The V in the pic natslovr posted actually looks like it might be 'VX' to me, which is one of the luxury specs toyota often uses on their models.

You can't get a Camry VX
the 'VX' badging was used for 4WD's only i think
Vienta only denotes that it has a V6
so whether its V6 or Vienta its a V6
In that case it's an MCV20R Toyota Camry (or vienta) that ran from 1997-2002
Same shape but different motor than the SXV20

you definately should report this to the police, she didn't exchange details with you after an accident and that's against the law. after you report it and get a police report with all her info for your insurance company, the police will also pay her a visit and give her a fine.
then just let your insurance company handle it as long as you've got comprehensive, if TPPD or TPF&T you'll need to claim against her insurance (if she's insured) or take it up in the small claims court.
i work part-time for an insurance company in the motor claims department fyi =)

You go to the cop ... they run you through the machine and do nothing, then go to the insurance company pay your excess and they then jack up your rate cos you made a claim.
End result you are out dosh, now and for the next few years.
And the slut that drove into you gets nothing.
IMO use google street view to stalk them.
