I'm finding more and more of Kid Cudi's work to enjoy, there's something decidedly 'relaxed' about it which I'm liking.
I know of 'Stoner metal' does this qualify as 'stoner RnB'?
That Glenn Morrison track is pretty good, the rolling synth and bassline remind me of Faithless.
Far over the Misty Mountains is a decent hymn-type piece of music. The Endless bit is a tad shite. The way the melody plays out sounds a lot like an Irish limerick.
Without wanting to 'camp-it-up' and without going to the piece of music from 'We Were Soldiers' does anyone else know any decent 'mens choir' or hymn type songs?
That Macklemore song doesn't have the same sorta punch as his other work. It's just not as catchy imo.
I'm finding Soundcloud a lot more interesting to trawl atm, listening to a lot of Flight Facilities and Gabester atm. Really chilled out music.
