Blade is based on the comic by Marvel.

It is about a daywalker, a vampire who is half human and not affected by sunlight. He has all their strengths and none of their weaknesses, except the thirst.
Blade was rescued from the thirst as a teenager by his mentor Abraham Whistler, who fashions special weapons for Blade to use when he hunts other vampires.

Blade - Nothing beats the original, with Blade's nemesis Deacon Frost played by Stephen Dorff.

Blade II - Blade allies with the vampires of Russia to take on a new strain of vampire, the Reapers. They feed on human and vampire alike and are multiplying very rapidly.

Blade Trinity - Blade is joined by other vampire hunters to battle the ultimate creature of the night... Dracula.

There was also a short lived TV series starring Sticky Fingaz as Blade, which wasn't too bad.

True Blood is awesome comparably to a Game of Thrones set in modern day with Vampires, I loved the ending of season 4 cliff hanger!

I watched Bram Stoker's Dracula a few weeks ago, what a crazy movie.
