Hey, looking for a movie that i saw a preview for in the movies this year.

It was end of the world ish and had like the ground being smashed up and the ocean levels rising and all that stuff. Ended with a tibetan monk in a monastry on the hill and the sea coming over the mountains at him. May have had something about how would the government warn us, and then "they wouldnt" or something. Perhaps it was something like "you have been warned" or "you were warned"

Anyone know what it was and whether it was good? Also is it out on dvd yet?
