Recommend Me: A Microphone

I'm after a decent desktop microphone, either 3.5mm or 6.3mm connector, no USB/XLR. Preferably one of the cardioid polar types, I need to cut out background static for online use. Will be plugged into a Creative X-Fi Titanium sound card. Prefer to spend < $100.
