Upgrade your graphics card to something that isn't a complete joke. You shouldn't be running a budget card like a GT330 with an i7 CPU if you play games.

Can you recommend some decent graphics cards? with prices :)

and should i upgrade it with more ram? :)

if you upgrade your card make sure your PSU can cope.

My brother has swapped to a laptop instead of his desktop for playing older games. He absolutely loves it to bits.

I've tried it, couldn't get used to the tiny-ass keyboard.

to the op: I had a PC and a laptop of exactly the same specs except the video card, PC was an 8800 GTS and the laptop was an 8700M GT and the difference in performance was amazing. The laptop was pretty shit for the specs. The laptop was just as fast at non-graphics intensive apps (video encoding, etc) but for gaming, I wouldn't ever try going that way again after seeing just how big the difference is in performance vs price unless I used the laptop for uni or work or something and having something portable was more important overall.
