edit: Actually it's pretty much the exact same shape as my logitech mouse so I just flipped it over & gave it a hold. It's probably not something I'd want to use all day but it wasn't all that uncomfortable to hold. I imagine it would work ok for quick games of something small but what that might be on a PC I don't know and why you'd use it over the touch panel on a tablet or something is beyond me.
