Logitech G500 Gaming Mouse for $60?

Thoughts?

Pretty much all recent Logitech 'high end' mice I've used have had really shitty middle-clicks. It's because they usually had this free-spin option to the wheel, which is all well and good, but if you like to use your middle-click a lot, I'd probably be looking elsewhere. Definitely don't get one if you do any 3D work.

I bought my G27 through this site, saved a hundred bucks

I just wanna get the G500 so i can use it with my XIM3 for the 360. For $60 with free delivery it's even cheaper than ebay and Umart ($78)

i could never use a cableless mouse

for an extra $25 you could've had the G700 Gaming Keyboard & the G510.

i scored a set of logi speakers and sub.. think its one of the types they used to sell at EB for about 150.

i have hooked them up to my tv.

when i plug the iphone into them (directly, not via TV. iphone audio out --> audio red white cable --> logi inswitch) only the sub and one other speaker works. is that due to the quality of songs or the limited cable i am using?
if cable which one do i need?

is there a better way?
should i plug the iphone into tv via usb? if so whats the usual 'source' for it called?
will that improve the quality if its via usb?

or maybe go via via AV cable direct into tv then out through logi system?

I have got the g15 keyboard (would get it without the screen next time as it doesnt serve me any useful purpose) and the G9 gaming mouse. Both have lasted me years and ive compared them to some Razer and Microsoft products that family/friends have had over that time and not once have i considered upgrading. The middle mouse button sucks but mine has 2 thumb buttons which i use over the middle mouse button so that doesnt matter. Also got their G27 for my dad's bday for his racing games and it rocks.

My only issue, something about the logitech HID devices in control panel prevent FEAR and Condemned playing anything more than 15FPS so i never got to play either game.

You need to tell us what speakers you bought. If they're 5.1 speakers then they're probably designed for computers and have 3 analogue inputs, in which case, Logitech usually provide an adaptor or a solution that's detailed in the instructions.
