Origin Games and using VPN link

Just wondering if its possible to buy games from Origin using VPN link so its cheaper. I know when Battlefield 3 came out I bought a Russian CD Key which is ok but its pain in the butt because everytime there patch need to upgrade the language as well.

I really want to buy the Digital Deluxe of Sim City

I would say you're much better off buying a key from another site, you risk getting banned and losing all your Origin games/accounts if you use a VPN to get around regional pricing.
