Flails!

It is a good time to come back in. Lots of new content and alternate attacks.

So you can choose which side you attack from, that in itself adds so much to the strategy and tactics of a fight.
They have adjusted flinching mechanics so that, I believe, there are more moments when someone can be flinched, so it reduces those times when you hit them and they start an attack right after and you can't stop being hit. It is particularly dangerous for 1 handed weapons as you can attack too fast with them..
