It would probably be good to go to but I'm guessing it'll be ridiculously expensive. Steve Wozniak's talks last year were about 900 per ticket.

I was like 1 metre away from Arnie at the 2012 Frankfurt Book Fair!

He was signing his biography in a tiny stall and the crowd was absolutely brutal though, so couldn't get a better photo than this:
