Is it possible to find the codes used by the members first providers to figure out what is covered under what?

I've got a tooth which is being reabsorbed and I am wondering is it major or general? I can't even find any detailed explanation of what is considered general/major apart from what is on the website.

Is it possible or do I have to speak to someone?

It's bullshit they dont have a more detailed explanation of their cover. Really frustrating.
