Cyberpunk 2077 Teaser Trailer Revealed; Hidden Message Hints at 2015...

CD Projekt RED has today revealed the first trailer for upcoming sci-fi RPG title Cyberpunk 2077, giving players an eager look at the corrupt and tech-advanced world of the year 2077. Set in what looks to be full CGI, the trailer showcases two factions, the deadly cyborg Pyshco and the heavily armed security force.
When a psycho goes on the rampage, strange things can happen. There’s going to be a lot of carnage, so the psycho might be taken down by regular police, but they’re not always able to get the job done. When things spin out of control, they call in MAX-TAC (Maximum Force Tactical Division), popularly called the 'Psycho Squad'. And these guys are exceptional, these guys are crack troops. The fact that they’re proud of that name tells you a bit about their mindset.

They wear a badge with their official emblem on their right sleeve, but their left is reserved for their unofficial Psycho Squad emblem. It’s primitively made and the image itself is on the crude side of things. It’s not unlike a badge special force operators might make and wear to distinguish themselves from the ranks of grunts in any theatre of war," says Adam Badowski, head of CD Projekt RED studio.
More information has also been revealed about what to expect from the dystopia universe, including the drug enhanced entertainment known as 'Braindance'. Allowing memories to become digital recordings, this Braindance method gives citizens of Night City the chance to experience the recorded emotions, muscle movements and brain patterns of other people, allowing for an out-of-this-world entertainment experience.
Braindances are digital recordings of a person’s experience. The viewer can stream a braindance directly into his neural system via special brain augmentations, called a BD player. Braindances allow the viewer to experience all brain processes registered, including emotions, muscle movements and all stimuli perceived by the recording person.

The range of themes of these recordings varies from simple braindances made by megacorporations, which e.g. allow the viewer to feel the full experience of an explorer with all its thrills, sweats, smells, views, sounds and the real feeling of curiosity that pushes men to go beyond the horizon against fear and physical weakness. But there are also more controversial sides of braindance, because some recordings are created illegally in the underground. Entering the mind of a serial killer means not only seeing the monstrosity he performs, but also living his lust to kill and fulfillment.
While no date has been set in stone, with the ending of the trailer giving a "when it's ready", keen eyes have spotted a hidden message within the trailer that reveals CD Projekt RED are hoping for a 2015 release. The team has also stated in the message that they are still building the team behind the project, asking that anyone with interested talent can contact them at this address.

For those interested in the full hidden message you can find it over here, and the Cyberpunk 2077 trailer below (HD here).

It's so damn far away though. I hope they go dark on it for a long while now. It'll send me crazy if they drip feed stuff every couple of months for the next three years.

Well the hidden message said they are announcing a new game that is much close to completion on Feb 5th. So I imagine they will tease us with that instead.

Hopefully 2015 will be some kind of sci-fi like future where cinematics live up to game play expectations.

neither most likely. witcher 2 intro movie doesn't even contain Geralt.
