I am trying to organise my collection of cables and plugs and stuff.
I am stumped by this one cable which is a 3 to 4 cm long flat ribbon, just over 1 cm across. The ribbon has "E74241" and "AWM" printed on it, as well as a symbol with looks like a mirror image of the initials "LR".
Both ends have the same connections, so it looks similar to an SLI bridge, but the ends are these:
The ends are inscribed with "3M NO 3473" and surely enough I find this sort of connector for sale, but it is unclear what it would be used for.
Look pretty similar to the headers used for onboard USB, HD Audio.
Some older comms risers used a similar pinout also.
If you don't know, you don't need it.
I'd say 3x0dus is on the right track looks like USB header related. maybe usb on the motherboard to usb daughter board.
