ANII is decent, and cheap for takeaway (13.50$ for curry, rice, naan, drink) - though more expensive to eat in.

Wheres a good hungarian or german place? 20 years ago if you went up to someone and said "Hey could you go a German sausage?" and they'd be like "fuck yeah", if you asked if they wanted a puppadom you would be laughed at.

I have been so dissappointed in Indian food here - yes it tastes ok but its as if the only food you can buy is butter chicken or tikka something or lamb saag... is there no other indian food? (of course there is but i dont seem to find it here)

Worse, i think they just have 3 or 4 big pots of sauce and you walk in and ask for chicken tikka or something, you get chicken and "pot 1" or something equally as lazy

And the naan breads... ranging from truly yum to the greasy POS i had at Ceylon Inn at Toowong the other night... bleh!

Depends what your after, its harder to find good north indian food. But ANII will do things like Chana Masala if you ask for it.

You gotta order it extra special hot so it burns your ring out...
