5 min of talking. Seems like a missed opportunity to show the actual product in action.

Yup I watched the video and click ahead every few seconds looking for bike action. Dude talking seemed pretty meh.

Yeah it may not have been the action sequence we were all looking for, but hearing the director of a company talking about their new product is often interesting. He's so young!

it makes me dubious about the reported performance when all the sites that have reviews are geeky 'gizmo' type sites, not motorcycle sites. all the reviewers are non motorcyclists who take the guy's word that it's "really fast". if it's so fast let's see it win the iom-tt :)

also it's damn ugly & the advertising video seems to be directed at art students, not motorcyclists.

I don't understand why the design is touted as being "emotional". Is that because it makes people angry?

I actually like the design though, I think it looks really modern. But nowhere near as cool as this (Suzuki G-Strider):

it's just as much of an advertising buzzword as visceral.
advertising dorks seem to think they can make a connection to consumer's instinctive motivations just by saying the words or having them scroll across the screen in front of their bland, mass produced products.

still... i'd like to go for a ride on one :]

Both those guys sounded like cockheads.

Bike is ugly, there is a reason why the design has remained as is for years... it works.

It is all about the range.

L2shift.

I'd much rather...

mmm basic concept of any bike is they should have a low centre of gravity.. that thing looks top heavy - just looks like a normal bike with a shitty fairing design

I thought the same, I've ridden plenty off road and that thing just looks dangerous, you don't want that much weight over the front wheel. But in the vid you can see there is a but of empty space under those ugly fairings. Just a hipster design.
