The CDC has a section on Zombie Preparedness, A blog about the Zombie Apocalypse, Posters, Novellas, and social media stuff all about Zombies.

This isn't just a joke. They believe if you are prepared for a Zombie Apocalypse then you are also prepared for a hurricane, pandemic, earthquake, or terrorist attack. Pretty cool.
