From what I'm reading, you can buy different skins for your characters in League of Legends in the games (in-game?) store, I'd mock it but if for example Zygna can make bank by selling you different colored cows for real money then who am I judge what Riot Games do to fund their games.

As for Ryan, he's either asking:

A) Do you use custom skins in games?

or

B) link some softcore cartoon porn of your favourite game character. :P


So for me A) back in the day for Quake 3, UT and the Half life DM I used to run around as Bender from futurama. I think I recall the UT skin even had custom taunts as well.
