The fact you can create different teams, level them in different ways, influence their moods towards you, and also choose which side your going to follow, Renegade ftw =P

However, on my second play through i was just like uggggggggh and gave up because theirs almost no kind of replay value to it, unless you wanna get it on with different charcters >_>
