Just to keep you all in the loop ...

To go nicely with our new 3mbit Internet connection we're upgrading to nVidia FX5900XT's and 1GB of DDR400 for all 30 machines...

Oooh! I almost forgot! We've also installed a funky new windows shell!
It makes choosing and playing (and administrating!) games a lot easier for everyone!

$4.50/hour for you ACTGN membership holding bastards! *shakes fist* :D
That's LAN and Net gaming pricing btw.

Hope to see you all at the Computer Games Festival on the 24th and 25th and don't forget our All-Nighter event on the 31st!

Wouldn't it be easier to change the renting plans of the computer to a higher spec machine?
Or isn't that applicable? (IE: Conforming to guidelines of the contract)

Well I guess the more hardware you guys buy; the closer you are to buying and owning your own computers. :)

Otherwise sounds good. I'll be sure to drop in sometime in the next couple weeks or so.

Good question Omni.

We're deciding what to do with it now ...

Stay tuned and we'll let people know ... especially if they are in the market for some DDR or FX5600's

yer... RAM.. GIMMIE!

Meh... I got 2Gb in my P4 3.2 Ghz shuttle. I don't need anything else.

Cept a friggin PSU that's bigger than 280Watt that ACTUALLY FITS IN A FICKIN SHUTTLE!!! I mean come on, how friggin hard must it be to make smaller yet still beefy PSUs? I want at least 400Watts or I'll be stuck with my lowly little ATI Radeon 9700 Pro forever! :-(

if you going to sell them at the Computer Games Festival some advanced notice on price (even not exact a ballpark will do) would be good and then I can pay cash.
