You can choose to extract and run the launcher in the folder or download the official installer of the website, then once it begins downloading exit the launcher and move all files into your designated install folder. Either method will work.

SImply extract the file to where you please and run LaunchPad.exe. For ease of access you can make a shortcut for LaunchPad.exe and place it anywhere on the desktop.

You can also install the game and cancel the download, then replace the files in the installed directory. This should allow you to run the game through the shortcut that is created when installing.
