Three Kingdoms: The Battle Begins is an MMORPG based on the most famous Asian novel of all time, known either as "Three Kingdoms" or "Romance of the Three Kingdoms". The novel tells the story of when the Chinese Empire was divided into three warring kingdoms called the Shu, Wei, and Wu. This decisive period in Chinese history not only is the continuing interest to historians, poets, and dramatists. To this day the morals and lessons learned throughout its prose is preached in schools all through Asia.
