In the absence of any gameplay footage or indeed concrete information, all that's left to cling to are the names of the cities revealed so far: Istanbul, Nice and Miami. It's the latter that really sparks our interest, particularly with Grand Theft Auto: Vice City also using Miami for its inspiration.
