Changelog between SEP-3T and SEP-3T+:
- Fixed rare crash bugs.
- Dynamic clanicon loading.
- Significantly improved serverlist.
- Fixed a few melee issues, including "backswing".
- Reduced the buffalos' charge speed a little bit.
- The scrollwheel now works for menus and scrollbuffers.
