Another wonderful freeware first person shooter from the people at COR Entertainment. Based on the CRX engine, modified from the GPL'd Quake 2 code, COR Entertainment has succeeded in creating a great FPS with a sci fi theme.
New version includes alt fires for all the weapons, new Q3-style texture shaders, more video options to suit anyone with an old pc to the latest, greatest hardware, and much more.
The online play is fast and furious with lots of competition, clans, rankings, and an IRC channel where matches, tournaments, and the occasional channel brawl are held. Support can be found in the forums and on IRC and there are both Windows and Linux clients. There is also a custom tailored Q3Radiant based editor for making AA2K6 maps!
